Having used up all her energy, Empress Eura recharges her magic powers using a special tea while taking refuge at her summer palace. However, an intruder seems intent on stopping her while she remains depleted...
An alien probe threatens to destroy a large dam in order to render the nearby city of Barsinis completely uninhabitable and Empress Eura must stop the probe before the probe succeeds.
Eura travels to a deeply divided town that is occupied by a strange monster that has the power to multiply itself; a strength that Eura realizes she is able to turn into a weakness before the monster levels the town.
